Shipping policy

We ship asap, typically in 1-3 business days. We try to ship international and holiday orders right away to make up for longer shipping times.

Shipping costs > for greeting cards, we ship free ground! For heavier items, a small shipping cost may be added. Rush priority or express mail is available, please message us for added cost.

Returns > We do not accept returns due to the nature of the items. If you are not happy with your item, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate items that have been damaged in transit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving a damaged item.

Holiday shipping times > we do our best to get out orders right away for longer mail service delays. Orders will not be refunded if sufficient time was not left for delivery before a holiday. Please order with enough time allowance. Thank you for your attention and understanding with the postal mail service. 

Tracking > We will do our best to provide tracking, but some of our greeting cards will be mailed with an (old-fashion) stamp!
